When she knew she was serious about getting her brand out there, she went above and beyond to learn the fashion industry and the craft of shoe designing. “It took a lot of research and figuring out how to maneuver in this space. I spent time in Italy where I learned about sourcing fabric, how to make a shoe last, what a shoe heel is and the centimeters of the average heel, the general knowledge of shoemaking. Once I got that knowledge, I was able to design and create what we have right now,” Collins explained.
