Dr. Kari Williams is a celebrity hairstylist and creator of the “Goddess Locs” (patent pending). She’s staple in the Black hair community and today we give her acknowledgment for all she’s done in her work with natural hair and trichology. Trichology is the study and treatment of hair and scalp conditions from a medical and cosmetic standpoint.

In her 18 years of experience, she has taught natural hair care and style to hundreds of women. Brandy Norwood, Meagan Good, Willow Smith, and Ava DuVernay are just some of the celebrities whose hair she has styled thanks to her expertise as a natural hair specialist.

As a leader and expert in the hair industry, she understands the importance of constantly expanding her knowledge of the latest styling trends, honing her skills, and establishing effective business practices in order to increase her clientele, income, and opportunities outside of the salon. She developed a special course to assist stylists in expanding their businesses.

Dr.Kari has been styling the hair of celebrities at her Beverly Hills salon, Mahogany Hair Revolution. She even has a PhD in Trichology, which is the study of hair loss and scalp disorders.
